All our intruder alarm products are supplied and installed with 1 year onsite warranty

When you opt to pay for your annual maintenance by direct debit, it also comes with extended warranty for the alarm.

As long as you stay in the maintenance package, the alarm system comes with extended warranty for up to 10 years.

This package includes annual maintenance visit, battery replacements and replacing any faulty parts at the time of service.

Exclusions apply for portable devices and product damages due to vandalism, erroneous handling and act of god .

This is available to customers who sign up for the annual service at the time of installation.

Our annual maintenance packs starts at £10 per month.

If you opt not to have our annual maintenance with extended warranty package, you can still call us to have service or maintenance visits as and when needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the warranty for?

Up to 10 years from the date of installation of your alarm system! You are on a rolling maintenance package and
as long as you are on it, the warranty is up to 10 years.

What if something goes wrong?

Call us if you have a problem with your alarm, our engineers will try and rectify it over the phone or by remote
connection to your alarm. If we cannot fix the problem remotely or need an engineer to visit to resolve the problem,they
will offer a temporary fix on the same day and arrange for an engineer to visit you.

What is included?

Your alarm service visit from our engineers, extended warranty on all fixed parts in your security system, cost of all
batteries replaced and also replacing any faulty parts if needed.

What is excluded?

Any portable devices like remote control keyfobs, panic buttons and proximity tags. Any damages caused by
vandalism and any external factors like floods, thunderstorms or lightning.

What if we move?

You can carry on having the extended warranty and maintenance from us, if we remove and reinstall the systems
for you. The system removal and re-installation will be a chargeable service.

But you didn’t supply/ install my alarm?

We can still maintain your alarm and service it for you. The product won’t be covered by the warranty, but the
service and any callouts required will all be covered in the fixed cost package. The only additional cost will be the
cost of replacing any faulty parts.

My alarm was installed a few years back and can I get extended warranty on it now?

Unfortunately, extended warranty option is only available if you set this up within the first year of installation of
the alarm system. You could still get the alarm maintained with free callouts and all inclusive service package for you.
The only additional cost will be the cost of replacing any faulty parts.

How do I pay for it?

The payments are made by monthly/ quarterly direct debit and your bank statement will show ‘Fitted Home
Alarms’ against the payments.

How much does it cost?

Our monthly direct payments depend on the make and model of your alarm system and also the total number of
devices your alarm has. Talk to us to get a bespoke price for your system.

What if I wish to cancel?

This is a rolling maintenance package and you are not signing up for a fixed length at a time. Please let us know if
you wish to cancel and we will do the rest. Please note, it can take up to 15 working days to cancel, if you are in
the direct debit collection window.

Can I have your alarms fitted without any maintenance contract?

Certainly! We can certainly install your alarm system with a one-off installation cost. Such systems will still come
with 1-year onsite warranty. You could still call us for services, as and when required, for a one off cost.
